The Life Cycle Diagram represents the top-level architecture for a service offering or business process area. It depicts all of the included process modules and their inter-relationship. The term "Life Cycle Diagram" arises from the notion that the entire life cycle of the engagement with the client is reflected by the included processes and their order.
